Our Reformer class is wellknown for correcting postures, through attentive teaching. Due to its boutique size class, it is personalised, dynamic & fun. Best for good stretches and/or lengthening the body. You will develop a sense of confidence as soon as you  you start Pilates.

A more personalised Pilates session with a goal in mind. A program specific to your needs. One to one classes are perfect, if you need that extra attention or would like to get all 5 basic principles of Pilates right from the start!

POST-REHABILITATION RESTORATIVE PILATES

60 MINUTES

Focused Physiotherapy & Pilates sessions to rehabilitate body and improve skeletal, musculature and postural issues.

Our Physiotherapist practitioners will apply corrective methods to suit your needs.

YOGA PRACTICES

60 MINUTES

Our studio affiliate – OJTS offers all yoga movements; Hatha, Dynamic / Basic Flow, Ashtanga Yoga practises, to suit your preference. Beginner friendly classes for all.

We operate our studio hours on booking by appointment only. Direct Message on WhatsApp to book.
All class packages and sessions are pre-paid via bank transfer, before your class.
All Classes & Packages are non-refundable.
Fine Body Pilates Studio requires 24 hours notice when cancelling a class otherwise the full session fee is charged.
This also applies for a no show.
The company reserves the right to amend terms & conditions without prior notice.
